Melissa Shaffer, RN, BSN

Joining the team in 2022, Melissa aims to deliver quality healthcare experience to every patient through the daily coordination of clinical activities and continuous improvement process.

Heather Shaw, RN – Care Management

Heather has recently accepted a position on our Care Management Team. Heather works with all the providers in the management and treatment planning of all patients especially patients with chronic diseases.

Dana Devine, LPN – Care Coordinator

Dana has been with Davidson Family Medicine for over 5 years.  She is Davidson Family Medicine’s Care Coordinator.  She plays a vital role in closing gaps in patient care and in improving the level of quality of care.
